So, graduation day was on Friday. Last day of my formal JC schooling life. I'm kinda sorry to say that I won't be missing the college much. I will miss the awesome times with all my friends. They brightened up the dull JC life & am I ever so glad that they're my friends. :) yay. End of all the nonsense in school.
The 2 years passed by really quickly. It doesn't feel like 2 yrs. Felt like only last week when I first saw the dull green walls of TPJC. I'll miss the times I had in the school, for sure, times spent with my friends. During our last Human Geog class, we had to talk about our most significant memory in TPJC. Almost everyone mentioned their CCA. At that moment, I started to reflect upon all the past memories of my CCAs, missing those awesome times.
Guitar & debate definitely, without a doubt, provided most of the best memories I have of TPJC. If not for them, I think I would've gone psycho. :)
I can't grasp the concept of just one best friend well. But many best friends? Haha. No problem. :D I can't believe that I've known some people (and been in the same school too!) for 12 years. And some for less than 2 years. But they're still my best friends. I rmb one line clearly from the farewell assembly. Something that goes along the lines of "the depth of a friendship does not depend on the length of the friendship". And I find this so true. :) socializing a lot in TPJC let me know many people & I'm sooo happy that I did. I don't care whether that affected my studies in J1, people are what you will rmb decades down the road. Not 'oh I got DUSU for prelims 16 years ago'.
Knowing many people also taught me many things about life. HAHA. :D sooo true.
In no particular order, I love the hi-bye friends. :) I love the bitching pals. :) I love the guitarists. :) I love the debaters. :) I love the pre U sem-ers. :) I love the OCIP people. :) I love the friends' friends. :) I love the eye-candies. :) Heck, I even love those I dislike, cos they made JC life interesting in a way.
I feel sad that JC life passed by so quickly, though it's been a pain in the ass for the past few months. :( I don't mind a 3 year JC programme. More time to absorb & grasp the damn concepts. And more time to do everything else.
First 3 months. Orientation. The coining of 'Zee'. Guitar. PAE times. 'O' level results. Back to TPJC. Guitar. Debate. Pre U Sem. Waffling. Performances. Panorama. Musical Synergy. The days of R. Practices. Camps. Trainings. Invitationals. Literature lessons. Late late KI lessons. Bitching sessions. KI at Miss Quek's. Skipping PE a hell lot. Camping in the library. Sleeping/mugging after school in library. Common tests. Project Work. Chalets. MTL 'A' Levels. Promos. OCIP. End of R. YEAR TWO. Orientation. Muse concert. Heroes. Prison Break. The days of 8stars. Guitar exchange programme. More bitching sessions. Independent Study. Jamming sessions. Skipping PE. SYF. Guitarlisation. SYF presentation. Studying sessions. Expo. Airport. MSN mass convos. Halo. Gaming. Fireworks. Drinking sessions. Heroes chasing. UN work. Peacekeeping. Movies. Having eye-candies. Stepping down. Common tests. Setting up of a camping spot. End of 8stars. Prelims. Desperate mugging. Plowing through math papers. Delifrance. Coffee Bean. Burger King. Starbucks. And about a gazillion times taking bus 34.
Gawd. I really love my friends for simply being my friends. Love them all soooo very much. :D
Actually, I shouldn't miss my friends. ;) I hope I won't. Hahaha. Cos I'll be meeting up with them frequently! So I shouldn't miss my friends. Until the guys enlist, anyways. Hurr. :P
OH CRAP. I forgot to find people to take pics with on friday. :( got caught up with the guitarists after the farewell assembly. Argh. No OCIP. No debate. No Pre U Sem. No KI people (kinda). No random friends. Sighssss. But at least there was TPJC GUITAR. Woohoo. :D
